​Free accommodation in exchange for 2–3 hours of work a day!
You’ll have plenty of free time, so many helpers enjoy their stay

with a travel-like feeling.

On average, you’ll help with check-ins once or twice a week,
and on other days, you're free to enjoy your time once cleaning is done!

You can also use our rental car —
go to the beach with everyone, head out on day trips,
and enjoy a vacation-style stay here in Ishigaki!

Is there a salary?
For the first month, there is no salary,
but you’ll receive free accommodation in the dormitory,
which would normally cost about ¥60,000 per month.

Once you’ve learned the daily tasks,
you’ll receive a ¥10,000 allowance,
plus support for shared meals.

There are also benefits such as staying in a private room for free
if you stay more than one month.

You’re welcome to work another job up to 3 days a week,
or do remote work alongside your helper role.

For longer stays, we also offer additional support for accommodation.
